Most outstation complaints come down to the wrong car: five adults squeezed into a sedan, or a big vehicle for two people. A few minutes of thought before you book avoids both.
Count people and bags first
Count everyone, children included, and count the bags. A sedan takes four people, but the boot is small. Five to seven people with luggage fit better in an SUV or MUV. For eight or more, a Tempo Traveller keeps the whole group in one vehicle.
Think about who sits longest
On a long drive, comfort matters more than looks. If the road is several hours each way, a bigger car is usually worth it, especially with elders or children.
Round trip or one way
- Round trip: the car and driver stay with you, so you can get around at your destination.
- One-way drop: you go in one direction only, for example when you are dropping someone at another city.
Mind the season and the hour
Leave early and you are out of Delhi before the traffic builds. Winter fog can slow the highways, and heavy monsoon rain can do the same on some routes. Give yourself extra time and agree the plan with your driver.
What to tell us when you call
- Pickup place and time
- Where you are going, and any stops on the way
- Dates
- How many people, and how many bags
- Round trip or one way
With that we can name the right car and the rate. You can look at the fleet, read about SUVs and MUVs, or send an enquiry.
